We use voluntarily provided personal information to respond to your inquiries and provide the services you have requested. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third-party data vendors or marketing companies. We disclose your information when required by law and in the following circumstances:
Affiliates
We may share your information within our family of companies. Those companies will use such information in generally the same manner as we do under this privacy policy, which includes sending you information about products, services, or initiatives that may be of interest to you.
Legally Compelled Disclosures
We may disclose your information to government authorities or other third parties when compelled to do so by law, including in response to court orders and subpoenas.

Vendors and Business Partners
We may share your information with vendors and third parties with whom we have a contractual relationship, including payment processors, CRM systems, email platforms, and analytics providers. We contractually restrict what vendors can do with your information — requiring that it is used only for the purpose for which it was provided, not disclosed without our consent, remains our property, and is not transferred outside the United States without our approval. We cannot, however, guarantee that all vendors will always fully comply.
EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS, NEWSLETTERS, AND MARKETING
We may use your personal data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any or all of these communications by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send, or by contacting us at support@aiexelion.com. When we receive your request, we will take reasonable steps to remove your name from our distribution lists. Due to processing latency, you may still receive communications for a brief period after opting out.
ONLINE TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES AND ADVERTISING
We, certain service providers, and third parties may collect information about your activity on our sites and applications using tracking technologies such as cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits (SDKs), and web beacons. We may collect this information whether or not you are logged in and may associate tracking data with your account where applicable.
Our services use the following types of cookies:
- Analytics and Performance Cookies: These cookies collect information about traffic to our services and how users interact with them. The information gathered does not identify any individual visitor. We use Google Analytics for this purpose. You can opt out of Google Analytics by visiting https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Please note that our transfer of information to Google might be deemed a sale in certain jurisdictions. Where applicable, we will provide notice and the ability to opt out.
- Essential Cookies: These cookies are necessary to provide you with services available through our platform and to enable you to use its features. Without them, the services you have requested cannot be provided.
- Functionality Cookies: These cookies allow our services to remember choices you make, such as language preferences and login details, in order to provide a more personalized experience and avoid requiring you to re-enter your preferences on every visit.
- Pixel Tags: We use pixel tags — small graphic files — to monitor use of our services and collect usage data, including pages viewed, links clicked, and other interactions. Pixel tags also enable ad networks to serve targeted advertisements to you when you visit the Site or other websites. We adhere to the Digital Advertising Alliance's Self-Regulatory Principles for Online Behavioral Advertising.
Opt-Out Preference Signals and Do Not Track: You or your authorized agent may enable a universal opt-out tool such as the Global Privacy Control ("GPC"). We will process the GPC signal as a request to opt out. Currently, we do not specifically respond to standard browser "Do Not Track" signals beyond the GPC.
Opt-Out Form: Some states provide residents with the right to opt out of the "selling" or "sharing" of their personal information, or of targeted advertising. To submit a request, email support@aiexelion.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" and include your first name, last name, email address, country, and state.
YOUR RIGHTS AND OPTIONS
You may have to provide personal information to enjoy most features of our online and mobile resources. You may opt out of certain activities such as newsletters and marketing announcements. Residents of California, Virginia, and other states, as well as EU and UK data subjects, have certain additional rights as described in the sections below.
When you access your account, you have the option to update certain personal information such as your billing address and phone number. To opt out of marketing communications, follow the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us at support@aiexelion.com.
Some browsers have a "Do Not Track" feature that lets you tell websites you do not want your online activities tracked. Currently, we do not specifically respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals beyond the GPC as described above.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that someone under 18 has submitted personal information to us, we will delete it and will not use it for any purpose. If you believe a minor has submitted information to our resources, please contact us at support@aiexelion.com. We encourage parents and legal guardians to talk with their children about the potential risks of providing personal information over the Internet.
HOW WE PROTECT COLLECTED PERSONAL INFORMATION
We have adopted a security program that includes technical, organizational, and administrative security measures designed to protect against anticipated or actual threats to the security of personal information, consistent with accepted industry standards and applicable law ("Security Program"). We cannot guarantee that your information will be free from unauthorized access or that loss, misuse, destruction, or alteration will not occur. Except for our duty to maintain the Security Program under applicable law, we disclaim any other liability for theft or loss of, unauthorized access to, or interception of any data or communications including personal information.
We have specific incident response and management procedures that are activated whenever we become aware that personal information may have been compromised. We also require our vendors and business partners to notify us immediately of any incident adversely affecting personal information we have provided to them. We periodically review and update our Security Program as required by applicable law.
THE CALIFORNIA CONSUMER PRIVACY ACT
When we collect personal information from California residents, we become subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"). For purposes of this section, "you" and "your" refer only to California residents.
What We Collect from California Residents
We collect the following categories of personal information: identifiers such as name, address, IP address, and other similar identifiers; personal information described under California customer records statute (Section 1798.80) such as name, address, telephone number; commercial information such as products or services purchased; internet/electronic activity such as browsing and search history; geolocation data including geographic coordinates and physical location; and audio, electronic, or similar information. We may disclose this information for one or more business purposes permitted by the CCPA. We do not sell, and within the last 12 months have not sold, personal information to third parties.
Rights of California Residents
If you are a California resident, you have the right to request:
- Access: Up to twice per year, you may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected from you, the sources of that information, the business or commercial purpose for collection, the categories we have disclosed for a commercial purpose, and the categories of third parties with whom we have shared it.
- Deletion: You may request that we delete any personal information we have collected from or about you. There may be instances where we are unable to fully comply, such as when we need the information to complete a transaction, detect and protect against fraud, exercise our rights, or comply with a legal obligation.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights. To exercise your rights under California law, contact us at support@aiexelion.com. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request and will respond within the timeframes prescribed by the CCPA.
VIRGINIA RESIDENTS
If you are a Virginia resident, you may exercise certain privacy rights under Virginia Code §59.1-577, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Because we may engage in "selling" personal information or "targeted advertising" as defined under Virginia law, you may also exercise your right to opt out of such activities. You have the right to appeal a denial of your privacy rights. To exercise any of these rights or to submit an appeal, contact us at support@aiexelion.com. We will respond within the timeframes prescribed by Virginia law.
OTHER US STATE PRIVACY LAWS
Several US states have adopted privacy laws providing additional rights to their residents, including Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Delaware (DPDPA), Indiana (INCDPA), Iowa (ICDPA), Kentucky (KCDPA), Maryland (MODPA), Minnesota (MCDPA), Nebraska (NDPA), New Hampshire (HNPA), New Jersey (NJDPA), Oregon (OCPA), Tennessee (TIPA), Texas (TDPSA), and Utah (UCPA). We follow the protections required under these statutes and do not "sell" personal information as defined by the applicable laws. To exercise your rights under any of these state laws, contact us at support@aiexelion.com.
THE EU GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR)
We collect or otherwise obtain personal information from data subjects located in GDPR Jurisdictions. For purposes of this section, "you" and "your" refer only to visitors and users located in a GDPR Jurisdiction at the time of data collection.
GDPR Jurisdictions means the countries of the European Economic Area (including Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway) and the following EU member states: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden. Additionally, Andorra, Argentina, Canada (commercial organizations), Faroe Islands, Guernsey, Israel, Isle of Man, Jersey, New Zealand, Switzerland, Uruguay, and Japan have received adequacy decisions from the European Commission and adhere to the material terms of the GDPR. Switzerland also has its own data protection framework under its Federal Act on Data Protection ("FDPA").
What We Collect in GDPR Jurisdictions and How We Use It
We collect from you the categories of personal information already described in this policy. The lawful basis on which we rely for such collection, use, and disclosure is what the GDPR refers to as legitimate interest, as well as contractual necessity and your consent where applicable. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, nor do we use it for automated decision-making.
Cross-Border Data Transfers and Third-Party Processors
If we transfer personal information from GDPR Jurisdictions to a location that has not been deemed by the European Commission to have adequate privacy protections, we do so in the manner the GDPR permits, including through the use of Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved transfer mechanisms.
Rights of Data Subjects in GDPR Jurisdictions
You have the following rights with respect to personal information collected from you while in a GDPR Jurisdiction: the right to transparency; the right to access; the right to correction and deletion; the right to data portability; the right to know who receives your data, what is collected, and why; and the right to restriction and objection.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@aiexelion.com. Your ability to exercise these rights is subject to conditions and exemptions set out in Articles 12 through 23 of the GDPR. We will respond to all requests without undue delay and in accordance with the timeframes prescribed by the GDPR. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
UNITED KINGDOM - UK GDPR
GDPR no longer has jurisdiction over the United Kingdom. Since the UK has formally left the European Union, it is governed domestically by the UK General Data Protection Regulation ("UK GDPR") and the Data Protection Act 2018. We process personal data of UK residents in full compliance with the UK GDPR. UK residents hold the same rights as described in the GDPR section above, enforceable under UK law. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at https://ico.org.uk.
AGENT AUTHORIZATION
You may authorize someone to make a privacy rights request on your behalf (an "authorized agent"). Authorized agents must demonstrate that you have authorized them to act on your behalf, or must demonstrate power of attorney pursuant to applicable probate law. Logistical Innovations retains the right to request confirmation directly from you that the agent is authorized to make such a request, or to request additional information to confirm the agent's identity. An authorized agent is prohibited from using a consumer's personal information, or any information collected from or about the consumer, for any purpose other than to fulfill the consumer's requests, for verification, or for fraud prevention.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy was drafted in March 2026 and is effective as of this date. The English language version of this policy is the controlling version regardless of any translation you may attempt. We reserve the right to change or update this policy from time to time. Please check our online and mobile resources periodically for such changes, as all information collected is subject to the policy in place at that time.
